The Bill (Reg. No.3354) is aimed at regulation of legal relations appertaining to the construction of housing with government support.
Thus, pursuant to the Bill, "to support the construction of accessible housing, the government pays the initial fee at the expense of budget funds in the amount of 30% of the cost of construction (purchase) of accessible housing". The rest of the price is paid by the citizens who concluded the agreements on construction and acquisition of housing on the grounds of government support, either at their own expense, or on terms of mortgage.
